Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) is a method of corrosion protection. The inhibiting process begins when the protective vapors disseminate in an enclosed space where a thin layer is created on the metal surface. Not all VCI's are created equal and often, one VCI formulation that works under one set of conditions will not work under another. One has to take into account all aspects of the process, metals composition, packaging, and storage and shipping conditions in order to select the right packaging media and VCI formulation. We offer the following types corrosion inhibiting VCI packaging, such as VCI paper, VCI film, VCI foam, vapor corrosion inhibitors, and rust corrosion inhibitors.
